The lack of cleanliness on the nearby abandoned beach can be a real eyesore, and the resort's own beach shrinks during high tide. the sheets on the oversized beds struggle to stay in place, leading to discomfort for those concerned about cleanliness. There are also issues with the restaurant service, which can be slow and inconsistent, making it frustrating at times.

The beach at Gold Coast is stunning, with pristine sand and a lovely view right from my bungalow. I enjoyed having such easy access to both the pool and the ocean. The size of the accommodations is impressive, featuring a comfortable bed and a nice sitting area. The staff worked diligently to keep the beach clean, which I appreciated. I found the breakfast selection fantastic, with plenty of Vietnamese dishes available. I often left feeling completely satisfied. the service needs improvement. I had issues getting my room cleaned on the first day despite it being promised twice daily. The bathroom cleanliness didn't meet expectations either. there were signs of neglect, like a dirty shower head. Ordering from the restaurant took far too long, and the inconsistencies with drink orders were frustrating. The location is a bit remote, making it challenging to access local attractions without a long drive. I had a good stay but felt stressed due to service inconsistencies.

Our room was directly facing the beach, making it easy for insects to get in, resulting in uncomfortable nights. the sheets and towels could have been cleaner, even though they replaced them daily.

We had an awesome time at this beach spot! The warm, shallow waters were perfect for chilling. Loved using the free bikes to explore nearby Ganh Dau. The on-site restaurant served the most amazing seafood, and the staff was always super nice and helpful. Just watch out for those pesky mosquitoes in the evenings!

Comfortable room, delightful breakfast options, with a lovely outdoor dining area right by the beach that made our mornings truly enjoyable, and the free bicycles available also made it easy to explore the nearby village for local cuisine.

I had an amazing time during my stay, especially enjoying the breathtaking beach where we snorkeled daily and the pool with a shallow area perfect for kids. Although some parts of the resort felt a bit rustic, the entire experience was incredibly relaxing, and I would definitely come back!

Just a fine choice for a short stint in Phu Quoc with good value considering price it charged. The hotel offers free use of bicycles and kayaks, making it easy to explore local beaches. Consider the single gear bike for comfort as some are not very comfortable to sit on.
